And I can show you how.
Does this sound familiar?
Maybe Your Forgetful Parent has mid-stage dementia and your family is still reeling
Maybe you’re realizing you’ve never been this worried about Your Parents in your life
Maybe you look to the doctor and medical experts for guidance, but get no answers
Maybe you've done all the Google research + have ideas, but Your Parents won't listen
Or maybe you want to DO something, but don't know how to make a real positive difference
i get it
Because that was me.
i felt helpless + alone
When my dad was diagnosed, I thought I could do this all on my own, so I started researching.
But Googling all things about dementia just overwhelmed + depressed me.
I had no idea what to do first, and when to do it.
My heart was broken, and I couldn’t find anyone to help me pick up the pieces.
And I realized that because no one teaches how to truly help Our Parents as a long-distance daughter, our journey just feels stressful, overwhelming, expensive, frustrating, heartbreaking, and it feels like an unpredictable emotional rollercoaster.
Until now.
I’m Laura, and I help long-distance daughters like you go from feeling stressed, overwhelmed and helpless to being understood, reassured and empowered.
When I was 28, working as a manager in DC, my dad was diagnosed with dementia. Even as a working professional in the health care field, I had NO IDEA where to even start! No one could give me positive and reassuring advice as a long-distance daughter — not even the dementia experts! So I built my own step-by-step system, and created my *own* path through my dad’s dementia stages.
Have you been looking for a course with positive, practical + realistic recommendations for getting through your Forgetful Parent’s mid-stage dementia? And get peace of mind along the weay?

Are you ready to learn how to find success in dementia?
questions daughters asked
before joining my course
1) So am I a long-distance daughter?
If you feel long-distance from Your Parents (no matter how far you live from them), then you’re long-distance! I work with daughters who live 15 minutes away from their Parents all the way to several hours by plane.
2) Hmm..is my Forgetful Parent in Mid-Stage Dementia now?
Great question! Here’s a handy guide I created so you can check.
3) How is your course different from other dementia courses?
In a lot of ways! This is the only dementia course for long-distance daughters, taught by a long-distance daughter. And it’s also specialized to mid-stage dementia. I’ll provide empathy and wisdom, and, through mindfulness, we’ll build your skills for emotional resilience for mid-stage dementia + beyond. Most importantly, I’ll teach you how to transform your life and Your Parents’ lives for the better. Just like I did for mine.
4) How long does this course run?
The Ultimate Course goes for five weeks, from April 5 through May 7. Keep in mind that you also have lifetime access!
5) What do you mean by Lifetime Access?
It means you have the course FOREVER! You’ll get any and all future updates I make to the lessons, and if something comes up in your life and you have to take a break, don’t worry! You can step away, and join us again next time.
6) How long are the videos?
I aimed to make each video as short as possible while also packing in as much valuable info as possible. So you’ll spend about an hour watching videos each week, and a half hour reflecting on what you learned, when you fill out the Joy Sheets.
7) Tell me more about the Live Q&A.
Sure! The Live Q&A will take place live through my closed private Facebook group — just for this class. In that group, I’ll post a Zoom link to one Q&A session each week for the five weeks of this course. Are you confused about a lesson you watched, or have questions about challenges you’re having on your dementia journey? You can ask me there!
8) Is the course self-paced?
Yup! There are 5 weeks of lessons and guidance (released one week at a time so you don’t get overwhelmed)
